Picking up works for Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County in the State of California only (exclusions applied).
 
Tell us where to take your vacuum robot and we'll find convenient time and way to do it directly from your home door or office table. 
 
If you're located out of Los Angeles area we'll provide you a prepaid UPS or USPS label to send a robotic vacuum to us for repair.

You can provide us any publicly accessible address inside of Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County (exclusions applied) of the State of California for pick up appointment or any address in the USA (exeptions applied) for shipping.
 
Usually a picking up occurs next day after an order but sometimes it can be made in two days. You can make an appointment to a specific day convenient to you. If you can’t be on address at the moment of picking up you can leave the items near your door on your risk.
During an appointment a courier will provide you a bill of lading with detailed description of items received from you and their condition.
