You'll get your healthy again vacuum robot by courier with dropping off appointment or we'll ship the robotic vacuum back to you.
A dropping off appointment will be made by our customer services by phone provided by you.
For dropping off you must provide us any publicly accessible address inside of Los Angeles County, Orange County, San Bernardino County, Riverside County of the State of California (exclusions applied). For shipping back we'll use an address you gave us during initial  request if you don't ask us otherwise.
Usually a dropping occurs next day after an arrangement of appointment but sometimes it can be made in two days. You can make an appointment to a specific day convenient to you. If you can’t be on address at the moment of dropping off we’ll leave the device near your door on your risk.
