To find out an issue that stopped your buzzed friend we need first to make a diagnostic. This manipulation allows  you to make a decision what is better:  to return this vacuum robot to life and activity or to let it rest in peace.  Of course everything is about money. 
 
We will provide you total cost of all works (our prices are fixed) and spare parts needed for robotic vacuum and estimated time of repair. It’s absolutely up to you to agree to these works and price or take your poor robot back to home.
 
Usually a diagnostic takes 2-3 days. After this our customer service will connect to you via phone or e-mail.
